Make up a whole bag and it’s ready to eat all week! We love making this on Sundays for the week ahead.
2 Cups Almond milk (or oat/cashew/ coconut/ traditional milk)
3 Tablespoons lemon juice (about 1 lemons worth)
1 Banana shredded or smashed
1 Granny Smith Apple, cored and grated with the peel
1 Cup plain yogurt (almond, coconut, cashew, conventional)
1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (Optional)
A dash of cinnamon (Optional)
Toppings : your favorite fresh fruit , Victory Dance Granuesli, Garden Granola or additional chopped nuts if desired
In a large bowl combine oats, milk, yogurt, shredded apple, mashed banana and lemon juice. Stir, cover and let sit overnight in the refrigerator.
In the morning add honey (to taste), and cinnamon, if desired, and mix well.
Top with your favorite fruits and nuts or Victory Dance Granuesli or Garden Granola if you want a little crunch
Keep covered and refrigerated for up to 7 days!
💡For breakfast on the go, after mixing it up add it to mason jars or individual containers to grab and go!
💡 For a protein boost use Greek yogurt , since it’s thicker you may want to add a little more milk
