Muesli—Our muesli is made with the highest quality gluten free grains, seeds and nuts and dried unsulfured fruit. We never toast our grains, or add any oil or sweeteners. They are delicious served cold with milk or mylk, hot like traditional oatmeal or soaked overnight in milk or prepared Bircher style. With 6 grams of protein and only 5 grams of sugar per serving, they are FABULOUS way to start each day!

Bircher Overnight Muesli Recipe

Our take on the Swiss classic.
Make up a whole bag and it’s ready to eat all week!

Ingredients

* 1 8 oz bag Victory Dance Muesli (Cherry Almond Chia or Blueberry Buckwheat Almond)

* 2 Cups Almond milk (or oat/cashew traditional milk)

* 3 Tablespoons lemon juice

* 1 Banana shredded or smashed

* 1 Granny Smith Apple, cored and grated with the peel

* 1-2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)

* 1 Cup plain yogurt (almond, coconut, conventional )

* A dash of cinnamon (optional)

* Toppings : your favorite fresh fruit (peaches, berries etc ) additional chopped nuts if desired

Instructions

1. In a large bowl combine oats, milk, yogurt , shredded apple shredded banana and lemon juice and let sit overnight in the refrigerator.

2. In the morning add honey (to taste), and cinnamon, if desired, and mix well.

3. Top with your favorite fruits and nuts or Victory Dance Granuesli or Garden Granola if you want a little crunch

Keep covered and refrigerated for up to 7 days! We love making this on Sundays for the week ahead!

💡For breakfast on the go, after mixing it up add it to mason jars or individual containers to grab and go!

💡 For a protein boost use Greek yogurt , since it’s thicker you may want to add a little more milk
