Golden Beet, Mango, Turmeric, Ginger Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
Smoothie
1 medium golden beet
1 mango (I used a champagne mango)
1 frozen banana
1/2 inch knob of turmeric
1/2 inch knob of ginger
1 cup coconut water
1 cup orange juice
2 tbsp. hemp hearts
Toppings
1 cup of our Carrot Turmeric Garden Granola
chopped mango pieces (optional)
Directions
Add all smoothie ingredients to a high powered-blender.
Blend until smooth and transfer contents to two glasses or bowls.
Sprinkle on a generous amount of Carrot Turmeric Garden Granola.
