At Victory Dance Foods, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because we produce food items in small batches with carefully sourced ingredients, all sales are considered final. However, we’re committed to resolving any issues that arise.
Returns
We do not accept returns for reasons including personal taste preferences, ingredient sensitivities, or change of mind. If the item has been opened or used, we are unable to accept it back.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item in your order, we’re here to make it right. Please email us at orders@victorydancefoods.com within 7 days of delivery and include the following:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photo(s) of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll either issue a replacement at no charge or refund your original payment method. We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests that fall outside our policy criteria or timeframe.
