The Sofi™ (Specialty Outstanding Food Innovation) Award is one of the most prestigious recognitions in the specialty food industry. It highlights the very best in food innovation, awarded annually to outstanding products that demonstrate quality, creativity, and exceptional taste.

2018 Sofi™ Award Overview

This year, more than 2,600 products across 39 categories were entered, and all entries were blind taste-tested by a panel of 58 judges, including chefs, culinary instructors, recipe developers, food journalists, and specialty food buyers.
