As the holidays approach, we suggest that you shop with us earlier than you might have in the past. Our shipping partners have let us know they might not be able to meet the demands for their services this holiday season.
We are recommending the following order-by dates to best ensure delivery before Dec. 25th for all of our customers regardless of geographical location.
USPS PRIORITY MAIL - 12/15/2021 by 3pm CST
UPS GROUND - 12/15/2021 by 3pm CST
IMPORTANT NOTE. Ordering by this date does not guarantee delivery by 12/25. They are estimated to serve as a guide for all of our customers. They are conservative to allow for anticipated delays in transit.
If you qualify for FREE SHIPPING, please make sure to select your carrier of choice. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Box Addresses. For customers outside of Chicagoland, we highly recommend selecting UPS GROUND.
We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days (M-F) excluding Holidays if received before 3pm Central Standard Time. Most orders ship out the same day.
