ingredients

Smoothie

• 1/4 avocado⁣
• Spinach⁣
• Romaine ⁣
• 1 Tbsp sunflower seed butter⁣
• 2 scoops protein powder (Danielle used @sproutliving Vanilla Lucuma⁣)
• 1 tsp Mesquite ⁣
• 1/2 tsp @e3live BrainOn⁣
• 1/2 cup frozen steamed zucchini⁣
• 1/2 cup frozen steamed broccoli⁣
• 1/2 cup frozen mango⁣
• 1/2 a frozen banana⁣
• 3/4 cup liquid⁣

Toppings

Instructions

  1. Add all smoothie ingredients to the blender and blend

  2. top with kiwi, green apple and Garden Granola!
