Ingredients
Smoothie
1 medium golden beet, washed and peeled
1 mango (I used a champagne mango)
1 frozen banana
1/2 inch knob of turmeric
1/2 inch knob of ginger
1 cup coconut water
1 cup orange juice
2 tbsp. hemp Seed hearts
Toppings
1 cup of our Carrot Turmeric Garden Granola
chopped mango pieces (optional)
Instructions
Add all smoothie ingredients to a high powered-blender.
Blend until smooth and transfer contents to two glasses or bowls.
Sprinkle on a generous amount of Carrot Turmeric Garden Granola and mango pieces if desired.
