Hi, I’m Maddie! Before I could talk in full sentences, I used to wake my parents up chanting “Cheerios!” every morning. I’ve had a lifelong love of breakfast.

After being diagnosed with celiac disease—and navigating other health challenges—I set out to make breakfast better: real, nourishing ingredients, no nasties, and bold flavors that actually make you want to get up in the morning.
