This vegan smoothie bowl combines warming ginger with sweet pears and earthy turmeric granola.

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh pear

  • 1 frozen banana

  • ⅓ cup oat milk (plus more as needed)

  • ½ teaspoon freshly grated ginger

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • Pinch of sea salt

  1. Wash and cut the pear in half and remove the core.

  2. Slice 4-5 thin slices of the pear and reserve for garnish.

  3. Dice remaining pear, leaving the skin on.

  4. Peel and grate ginger.
