Ingredients
1 fresh pear
1 frozen banana
⅓ cup oat milk (plus more as needed)
½ teaspoon freshly grated ginger
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Pinch of sea salt
Toppings
4-5 thin pear slices
1-2 tablespoons almond butter
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Instructions
Wash and cut the pear in half and remove the core.
Slice 4-5 thin slices of the pear and reserve for garnish.
Dice remaining pear, leaving the skin on.
Peel and grate ginger.
