What Makes Our Granola Truly Safe for Celiac Disease
Not all “gluten-free” labels are created equal. The FDA allows products to be labeled gluten-free if they contain less than 20 parts per million (ppm) of gluten. But for many people with celiac disease, that’s not strict enough.
GFCO Certification
Victory Dance Foods products are certified by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO), which requires products to test below 10 ppm—twice as strict as FDA standards. This certification reflects independent third-party oversight and verified production standards designed to meet a high level of gluten-free safety.
As with all certified gluten-free foods, individual sensitivity can vary.
Made in a Dedicated Gluten-Free Facility
Cross-contamination is one of the biggest fears for people with celiac disease. Even trace amounts of gluten from shared equipment can cause serious health problems.
That’s why our entire production facility is 100% gluten-free. No wheat, barley, or rye ever enters our kitchen. Everything we make is gluten-free from the ground up.
We also never use artificial ingredients, artificial colors, or artificial flavors—just real, thoughtfully sourced ingredients you can recognize and trust.

Oats are naturally gluten-free, but they’re often contaminated during farming and processing. That’s why we only use certified organic gluten-free oats that are grown, harvested, and processed separately from gluten-containing grains.

Any Victory Dance Foods order can be sent as a gift. Receipts never include pricing when an order is marked as a gift, so your recipient will only see the product—never the cost.
At checkout, you can select the option to include a handwritten gift note. Simply type your message, and we will carefully handwrite it exactly as you’ve written it.
If you choose one of our gift box options, your order will arrive in a separate gift box placed inside the shipping box. Each gift box includes your handwritten note and is finished with a black ribbon for a polished, gift-ready presentation.
