This vibrant two-layer smoothie is as refreshing as it looks—bursting with juicy watermelon, sweet mango, and a sprinkle of our veggie-powered Garden Granola® Carrot Turmeric for the perfect crunch. It’s gluten-free, dairy-free, and naturally hydrating thanks to the coconut water. Whether you're poolside or powering through your morning, this smoothie is sunshine in a glass.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks

  • 1 cup fresh watermelon chunks

  • 1 ½ cup coconut water

  • Ice cubes (optional) – for a thicker smoothie

  • ½ cup Garden Granola® Carrot Turmeric

Instructions

Blend the Mango Layer

  1. In a blender, add 1 cup frozen mango chunks and ¼ cup coconut water

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour half of the mango mixture into each serving glass.

Blend the Watermelon Layer

  1. In a blender, add: 1 cup fresh watermelon chunks and ¼ cup coconut water

  2. Optional: a few ice cubes to thicken the mixture

  3. Blend until smooth.

Assemble

  1. Gently pour the watermelon mixture over the mango layer in each glass.

  2. Top each smoothie with ¼ cup Garden Granola® Carrot Turmeric.
