Ingredients
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1 cup fresh watermelon chunks
1 ½ cup coconut water
Ice cubes (optional) – for a thicker smoothie
½ cup Garden Granola® Carrot Turmeric
Instructions
Blend the Mango Layer
In a blender, add 1 cup frozen mango chunks and ¼ cup coconut water
Blend until smooth.
Pour half of the mango mixture into each serving glass.
Blend the Watermelon Layer
In a blender, add: 1 cup fresh watermelon chunks and ¼ cup coconut water
Optional: a few ice cubes to thicken the mixture
Blend until smooth.
Assemble
Gently pour the watermelon mixture over the mango layer in each glass.
Top each smoothie with ¼ cup Garden Granola® Carrot Turmeric.
