Broiled Persimmons with Labneh and Garden Granola® Carrot Turmeric

Ingredients
2 Fuyu persimmons
1 ½ tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Labneh Mixture
5 ounces labneh
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
½ teaspoon lime juice
Topping
1/2 cup Garden Granola® Carrot Turmeric
Directions
Preheat your broiler and set the rack 6 inches from the heat source.
Slice the persimmons crosswise in half.
Place the persimmons on a baking sheet, cut side up.
Drizzle honey over each half.
Broil for 6–8 minutes, until golden brown and caramelized.
While the persimmons broil, whisk together the labneh, vanilla extract, and ½ teaspoon of lime juice.
Remove the persimmons from the broiler and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of lime juice.
Top each persimmon half with a dollop of the labneh mixture and sprinkle generously with Garden Granola® Carrot Turmeric.
Serve warm and enjoy.
