Peanut Butter Stuffed Dates with Granuesli® and Chocolate Drizzle

With chewy Medjool dates, creamy peanut butter, crunchy Victory Dance Foods Granuesli® Cherry Almond Hemp, and a drizzle of dark chocolate, they’re everything you want in one little package.

Ingredients

  • 10 Medjool dates

  • Peanut Butter

  • Granuesli® Cherry Almond

  • pink himalayan salt

  • ½ c dark chocolate chips by Enjoy Life

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Prep the Dates:
    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice each date down the center lengthwise and remove the pit.

  2. Stuff:
    Spoon peanut butter into the center of each date.

  3. Top with Granuesli®:
    Generously sprinkle Victory Dance Foods Granuesli® Cherry Almond Hemp over each one.

  4. Drizzle:
    In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 20-second increments, stirring between each, until smooth. Drizzle over the stuffed dates.

  5. Finish & Set:
    Sprinkle with Himalayan pink salt. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until the chocolate sets.

  6. Store & Enjoy:
    Store in the fridge for up to a week—or freeze for longer. For best results, freeze individually on a parchment-lined tray before transferring to a container.
