Ingredients
10 Medjool dates
Peanut Butter
pink himalayan salt
½ c dark chocolate chips by Enjoy Life
1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
Prep the Dates:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice each date down the center lengthwise and remove the pit.Stuff:
Spoon peanut butter into the center of each date.Top with Granuesli®:
Generously sprinkle Victory Dance Foods Granuesli® Cherry Almond Hemp over each one.Drizzle:
In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 20-second increments, stirring between each, until smooth. Drizzle over the stuffed dates.Finish & Set:
Sprinkle with Himalayan pink salt. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until the chocolate sets.Store & Enjoy:
Store in the fridge for up to a week—or freeze for longer. For best results, freeze individually on a parchment-lined tray before transferring to a container.
