  • ⅓ cup Garden Granola® Carrot Turmeric

  • Zest of ½ orange, julienned

  • ½ orange, segmented

  • ¼ pomegranate, seeded

  • 1 fresh fig, sliced or quartered

  • 3 tablespoons blueberries

Instructions

  1. Prepare Fruit: Wash blueberries. Quarter or slice fig. Segment half an orange. Use a vegetable peeler to remove orange peel and cut into long, thin julienne strips.

  2. Seed the Pomegranate: Cut pomegranate in half, submerge in cold water, and tap the back with a spoon to release seeds. Skim pith and drain seeds.
