Ingredients
¾ cup coconut yogurt
Zest of ½ orange, julienned
½ orange, segmented
¼ pomegranate, seeded
1 fresh fig, sliced or quartered
3 tablespoons blueberries
Instructions
Prepare Fruit: Wash blueberries. Quarter or slice fig. Segment half an orange. Use a vegetable peeler to remove orange peel and cut into long, thin julienne strips.
Seed the Pomegranate: Cut pomegranate in half, submerge in cold water, and tap the back with a spoon to release seeds. Skim pith and drain seeds.
