Sweet Potato Pie Smoothie Bowl Recipe
Vegan + Gluten Free
Ingredients
1/2 c mashed sweet potato flesh
1-1/2 frozen bananas
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp almond butter
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tbsp maple syrup
Heavy pinch pink Himalayan salt
2 tbsp orange juice
2 tbsp milk of choice
Toppings
Pecans
Cacao nibs
Melted Chocolate Sauce
1 cup dark chocolate discs (aka wafers)
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
Smoothie
Add the smoothie ingredients (minus the toppings) to a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
Transfer contents to a bowl and set aside
Chocolate Sauce Directions
Add the chocolate discs and coconut oil to a microwave-safe bowl.
Using a microwave, heat for 30 second intervals, stirring in between until melted.
Putting it all together
Sprinkle Carrot Turmeric Garden Granola, cacao nibs and pecans on top.
using a spoon drizzle the melted chocolate sauce on top of smoothie.
