Bright pink, fruit-forward, and totally camera-ready—this dragon fruit smoothie bowl is a celebration of color and flavor. The base blends frozen red dragon fruit, banana, and pineapple into a creamy, spoonable texture, then gets topped with fresh fruit and a crunchy sprinkle of our veggie-powered Carrot Turmeric Garden Granola®. It’s the kind of breakfast that feels as joyful as it looks.

Ingredients

Smoothie Base

  • 6 oz. frozen red dragon fruit (pitaya)

  • 1 frozen banana

  • ½ cup frozen pineapple

  • ¼ to ½ cup milk of choice (adjust for texture)

Toppings

Instructions

  1. Blend the base: In a high-speed blender, combine frozen dragon fruit, banana, pineapple, and ¼ cup of milk. Blend until thick and smooth. Add more milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, if needed for a creamy texture.

  2. Assemble the bowl: Spoon the smoothie into a bowl and use the back of the spoon to create a smooth surface.

  3. Top and serve: Add sliced fruit and a generous sprinkle of Carrot Turmeric Garden Granola®. Enjoy immediately.

Pro Tips

  • Use a frozen banana for a creamier, ice cream-like texture.

  • Add a tablespoon of yogurt or a splash of coconut milk for extra richness.

  • Want more crunch? Top with pepitas, coconut flakes, or an extra handful of granola.
