Ingredients
1 lb. frozen strawberries
2 large frozen bananas
1 tbsp. Tart cherry concentrate
1 tbsp. date syrup
1 tbsp. flaxseed meal
Squeeze of 1/2 small lemon
1/2 c. milk of choice ( I used full fat coconut milk)
Directions
Let the frozen fruit thaw for approx 15 min before adding to blender.
Add the above ingredients to a high powered blender, drizzling in the milk while blending.
Scoop immediately and serve with granola and/or your fave toppings.
