Broiled Cinnamon Oranges with Granola and Yogurt (Gluten-Free)

Ingredients:
4 oranges (2 blood oranges if available and 2 traditional oranges)
1 tablespoon coconut sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for vegan option)
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Instructions:
Preheat broiler.
Slice oranges into ½" thick rounds and remove skin.
Place sliced oranges on baking sheet and sprinkle with cinnamon and coconut sugar.
Broil until slightly charred, 3-5 minutes. Watch closely to avoid burning.
Plating:
In two serving bowls or plates:
½ cup of yogurt
Arrange half of the orange slices
⅓ cup Garden Granola Beetroot Ginger
Drizzle 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
Pinch of cinnamon
