Broiled Cinnamon Oranges with Granola and Yogurt (Gluten-Free)

Ingredients:

  • 4 oranges (2 blood oranges if available and 2 traditional oranges)

  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for vegan option)

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

  • ⅔ cup Garden Granola® Beetroot Ginger

Instructions:

  1. Preheat broiler.

  2. Slice oranges into ½" thick rounds and remove skin.

  3. Place sliced oranges on baking sheet and sprinkle with cinnamon and coconut sugar.

  4. Broil until slightly charred, 3-5 minutes. Watch closely to avoid burning.

Plating:

In two serving bowls or plates:

  1. ½ cup of yogurt

  2. Arrange half of the orange slices

  3. ⅓ cup Garden Granola Beetroot Ginger

  4. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of maple syrup

  5. Pinch of cinnamon
