Gourmet Granola Toast Recipes with Labneh, PB&J, and Mascarpone
Shake up your lunch routine or take your weekend brunch game to the next level with these stunning gourmet toasts—each one showcasing a unique combination of seasonal fruit, creamy spreads, and Garden Granola®. Originally created and styled by our social media manager, Melissa @the_queenship, these toast recipes are as beautiful as they are satisfying.
All three are built on a base of toasted sourdough bread. To make them gluten-free, use your favorite gluten-free sourdough. And for a fully vegan version, simply substitute your preferred dairy-free cream cheese or yogurt-based alternatives.
Toast 1: Caramelized Pear & Labneh with Kale Matcha Granola
A creamy, crunchy, and subtly sweet flavor combo with Middle Eastern inspiration.
Ingredients
2–3 tbsp labneh
½ pear, caramelized and thinly sliced
1 tsp shelled and chopped pistachios
½ tsp honey, maple syrup, or agave
1 tbsp Garden Granola® Kale Matcha
1 slice sourdough bread, toasted (gluten-free optional)
Steps
Spread labneh evenly over the toasted sourdough.
Layer with caramelized pear slices.
Sprinkle pistachios and Garden Granola® Kale Matcha over top.
Drizzle with honey, maple syrup, or agave.
Note: Labneh is a tangy Middle Eastern yogurt cheese—thicker than Greek yogurt and spreadable like cream cheese.
Toast 2: PB&J Reimagined with Beetroot Ginger Granola
Ingredients
2 -3 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 tbsp Strawberry preserves
3 strawberries, thinly sliced
1/2 small Banana, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp Honey, maple syrup, or agave
Pinch of Maldonado flaky salt
1 tbsp Garden Granola® Beetroot Ginger
1 slice sourdough bread, toasted, (gluten-free optional)
Instructions
Spread peanut butter onto the toasted sourdough.
Layer with strawberry preserves, followed by sliced strawberries and bananas.
Sprinkle Garden Granola® Beetroot Ginger on top.
Finish with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup and a pinch of flaky salt.
Toast 3: Blood Orange & Mascarpone with Carrot Turmeric Granola
Silky, citrusy, and golden-hued with a vibrant crunch.
Ingredients
2–3 tbsp mascarpone
1 small blood orange, peeled and sliced into medallions
½ tsp honey, maple syrup, or agave
1 slice sourdough bread, toasted (gluten-free optional)
Instructions
Spread mascarpone over the toasted bread.
Arrange blood orange slices on top.
Sprinkle with Garden Granola® Carrot Turmeric.
Drizzle with honey, maple syrup, or agave.
