Easy Spiced Cinnamon Apple Yogurt + Garden Granola® Bowl

Ingredients
For the Cinnamon Apples
6 large Honeycrisp apples, chopped into ½–1" cubes
4 tbsp water (divided)
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp maple syrup
⅛ tsp sea salt
For the Yogurt Bowl
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for vegan)
⅓–½ cup spiced cinnamon apples
1–2 tbsp nut butter (peanut, almond, or your favorite)
Instructions
Sautéed Cinnamon Apples (Meal Prep Friendly):
Wash and chop apples into ½–1" cubes.
In a large skillet, add apples and 2 tbsp water. Cover and cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Add coconut oil, stir to coat, and cook for 2 more minutes.
Add cinnamon, vanilla, maple syrup, sea salt, and remaining water. Stir well.
Continue cooking, stirring every minute, until apples are softened and caramelized (about 5–7 more minutes).
Transfer to an airtight container. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Assemble the Yogurt Bowl:
Spoon yogurt into a bowl.
Add a generous scoop of spiced cinnamon apples.
Top with Garden Granola® Beetroot Ginger.
Finish with a nut butter drizzle.
