Easy Spiced Cinnamon Apple Yogurt + Garden Granola® Bowl

This cozy fall yogurt bowl features warm spiced cinnamon apples that can be made ahead for easy meal prep. Use Greek yogurt for protein-packed breakfasts, or substitute coconut yogurt for a vegan option.

Ingredients

For the Cinnamon Apples

  • 6 large Honeycrisp apples, chopped into ½–1" cubes

  • 4 tbsp water (divided)

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • ⅛ tsp sea salt

For the Yogurt Bowl

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for vegan)

  • ½ cup Garden Granola® Beetroot Ginger

  • ⅓–½ cup spiced cinnamon apples

  • 1–2 tbsp nut butter (peanut, almond, or your favorite)

Instructions

Sautéed Cinnamon Apples (Meal Prep Friendly):

  1. Wash and chop apples into ½–1" cubes.

  2. In a large skillet, add apples and 2 tbsp water. Cover and cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes.

  3. Add coconut oil, stir to coat, and cook for 2 more minutes.

  4. Add cinnamon, vanilla, maple syrup, sea salt, and remaining water. Stir well.

  5. Continue cooking, stirring every minute, until apples are softened and caramelized (about 5–7 more minutes).

  6. Transfer to an airtight container. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Assemble the Yogurt Bowl:

  1. Spoon yogurt into a bowl.

  2. Add a generous scoop of spiced cinnamon apples.

  3. Top with Garden Granola® Beetroot Ginger.

  4. Finish with a nut butter drizzle.

Meal Prep Tip

Keep a container of spiced apples in your fridge and use them throughout the week on yogurt bowls, oatmeal, chia pudding, cottage cheese, pancakes—or even as a warm dessert topping with vanilla ice cream
