Ingredients
1 ½ cups Greek yogurt (or cashew yogurt for dairy-free)
1 cup frozen strawberries
4 tbsp water
Instructions
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add the frozen strawberries and water to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
Transfer the strawberry puree to a mixing bowl and stir in the yogurt until evenly combined.
Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in a thin, even layer (about ½ inch thick).
Sprinkle Garden Granola® evenly over the top, pressing lightly so it sticks.
Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until solid. Break into bark-style pieces.
Store in a freezer-safe container or zip-top bag for up to 2 months.
