Ingredients

For the Matcha Chia Pudding

  • 2 teaspoons matcha powder

  • 1 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, soy, or dairy)

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Pinch of sea salt

For Serving

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder with milk until fully dissolved and smooth.

  2. Transfer matcha mixture to a jar or lidded container. Add chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, and sea salt.

  3. Stir well to combine. Let sit for 10 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.

  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, until thickened.

  5. When ready to serve, layer with vanilla yogurt and top generously with Garden Granola® Kale Matcha.
